Whole Raw Mango Pickle (Kay Aavakaya)An exceptional pickle picked from my grandma’s recipe book just for you. It is made by stuffing spices into the longitudinal cuts made in the mango. Post preparation the mango releases its juice which will taste delicious when used as dip while eating idlis and dosas.
